The perfect spring shirt

Here is my Sasha (pattern version 3) and I absolutely love it! I used a fine linen/rayon blend and entered a bit of extra ease since I didn’t want any stress on the delicate fabric. I have included the parameters I used to achieve this fit in the pictures for those who are interested. I used a sleeve angle of 25 degrees because the default 20 degree sleeve cap looked too flat for my preference. For the construction, I flat felled the side and armhole seams and rounded out the darts and side seams so that the stitching lines were smooth. This added a bit more ease to the finished shirt (a picture showing this is attached). The fit is absolutely perfect and the shirt was a pleasure to sew from start to finish. We are just moving out of our Southern hemisphere winter and this will be the perfect spring shirt. See if you can spot the first blossoms on the tree in the background of my pictures :)

Your shirt looks beautiful Carolyn!
