Due to the nature of the Fitography® Software and patterns, we cannot offer returns or exchanges, however we stand by our products. If you have any issues with our patterns, software or website and regardless of whether the issues involve technology, fit, or sewing, please contact us and we will do our best to ‘make it work’.

Also, please take advantage of the Fitography® FREE virtual try-ons by downloading the style drawing and trying it on your body outline. This allows you to know if the style is flattering before you purchase the pattern.
