Review of Kylie Pants

I have made two pairs of the Kylie pants. The first pair (my muslin) is in a fairly stiff stretch denim. I had a fit question during the construction and contacted the owner of Sewfitographu. She replied with some very helpful information within an hour of my e-mail. Fantastic customer support.
My second pair of Kylie pants is in a stretch gabardine. Unfortunately the problems I saw in my first muslin (which I attributed to the stiff denim) are more apparent in the fabric I used for my second pair. The overall fit is good. But the fit around my calf muscle is a bit too tight. The front looks ok, but the back has some wrinkles. The front crotch seam feels a bit loose or low, but the back seam feels like it is sitting appropriately. I did not change any of the default settings for the pattern. I suspect that the default inseam forward of one inch may be a bit too much for me.
I really like the pattern and I think it has great potential. The instructions are well written and illustrated. All pieces went together well.
I just need a bit of fine tuning to get a great fit.
